Band Lat Stretch

Back

The Band Lat Stretch drill is meant to address limited front shoulder mobility and tightness in the lats. The exercise should be performed for 2 sets of :30 seconds per side with a Medium or heavy tension band. Because one of the main functions of the lat is to transfer force from the lower body to the upper body as well as adjustability of the upper half, eliminating excess tone can go a long way in helping to improve Blast Plane and Connection scores.
