Straight Leg Hip Turns

Back

Straight Leg Hip Turns are intended for those with limited spine disassociation. The exercise should be performed for 2 sets of 8 repetitions per side with a box or a bench. Being able to disassociate the spine from the pelvis is a prime player for rotation as well as hip/shoulder separation. It is applicable to just about all Blast scores and metrics.
