Bench T-Spine Mobility


The main goal of the Bench T-Spine Mob is to train t-spine mobility, particularly extension. The exercise should be performed with 5 complete exhales with a dowel stick. It is applicable to the Plane and Connection Scores.
The drill also helps increase lat and tricep length as well as being a great exercise for overall shoulder mobility and range-of-motion.
