Med Ball Shovel Pass
BackThe Med Ball Shovel Pass is a great exercise to help with limited spine disassociation as well as training power. The exercise should be performed for 2 sets of 6 repetitions per side with a 6-8 lbs. med ball. Med balls, unlike most other pieces of equipment are perfect for training speed-strength in the frontal plane - a key component of power and why they are applicable to just about all Blast scores and metrics.
