Med Ball Sways

Back

Med Ball Sways can be very helpful addressing limited ankle mobility. The exercise should be performed in sets of 2 and 6 repetitions each way with a 6-8 lbs. med ball. It is applicable to the Rotation score and Connection at Impact and Power metrics.
When it comes to ankle mobility, most athletes tend to have sufficient dorsiflexion but are extremely lacking inversion / eversion (side-to-side). Med Ball Sways are custom made for improving this crucial but many times untrained piece of the ankle mobility puzzle.
