Swing Tempo should be close to 3.0:1 (Backswing Time divided by Downswing Time). Experiment speeding up and slowing down both Backswing Time and Downswing Time to see which combination of times gives you the ideal 3.0:1 Tempo ratio and most consistent ball contact.
